One bathroom is included and extra bathrooms are £20 each. These prices assume a property in average condition. If yours is in a worse state than usual, we agree any change with you before we start.

How long does a deep clean take?
Around 4 to 6 hours for a 2-bed and 6 to 8 for a 4-bed, with two cleaners. We stay until the checklist is done and the price does not change.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for properties in average condition. If a property is in a much worse state than usual we will talk to you about it before starting, not after.
Do you bring equipment and products?
Yes, everything is included. The products we use are fine around children and pets.
What is not included?
Outside windows, ceilings, mould treatment and moving heavy furniture. Carpet washing and oven interiors can be added as extras.
