Spot a missed skirting board, streaky glass or an oven that needed another pass? Send a photo on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email within 48 hours.

We book a free re-clean of the flagged areas within two working days, usually sooner. For end of tenancy cleans, the same applies to anything your landlord or agent raises at check-out.
